Step into a fantasy world in which your skills will be put to the test as you battle players from around the world on a turn-based battlefield with magical spells and powerful creatures.
WarMage Battlegrounds is a free-to-play online game which pits you against other players from around the world in multiplayer combat. You will have to build and organize a mighty army with special spells, battle units and ancient artifacts in an attempt to wipe your opponents from the field of battle. After you create a character, the commander of your force, you will be ready to dive right into the action.
WarMage Battlegrounds features turn-based combat, meaning you will have to figure out a series of moves before you perform them. Once your units have carried out your orders, you will have to wait and see what you opponent does next. Sometimes you will be facing foes alone, but other times you may have an ally on your team and you will have to fight together in order to win.
WarMage Battlegrounds is designed for 2-4 players to fight at one time on a hex tile-based field, featuring open fields and strategic obstacles. You must not only use your units and abilities to ensure victory but the environment around you as well.
As you compete and win battles in WarMage Battlegrounds, you will be able to earn achievements and claim bounties as part of your prize. This lets you show off your skills and progress your character with which you can unlock new content.
Additionally, there are various social features which you can use to interact with other players in WarMage Battlegrounds such as the chat function in the game lobby or the ability to set up private matches between you and your friends!
